Q. What is PartnerNordica.com?
A. PartnerNordica.com is a casino and poker affiliate program. You simply send traffic via your affiliate links to our brands and receive commission on every player you send.
Q. Is it free to join?
A. Yes. There are no joining costs or on-going costs to be an affiliate.
Q. How are players tracked to my account?
A. We provide you with a unique Affiliate ID Tracking Link that accurately identifies all players you attract. If the player downloads the casino or poker room software and registers, your Affiliate ID is permanently associated to their account so you will always be credited with that player's action at our brands.
Q. Can I refer other affiliates?
A. Yes! Our 5% tier program allows you to earn commission from all affiliates who sign up to PartnerNordica.com using your affiliate referral linking code.
Q. How do I contact affiliate support?
A. PartnerNordica.com provides all affiliates with 24-hour email support, 7 days a week. We are here to answer any questions you have pertaining to your account, payments, marketing support or any other questions.

Commission Questions
Q. How do I check my commission?
A. We provide you with 24/7 access to your statistic via online reports. Log in with your username and password to our affiliate stats admin to see how much income your have generated.
Q. What information is displayed in the Stats Reports?
A. PartnerNordica.com displays detailed statistics for affiliates in real time, 24/7. You will be able to view Hits, Signups, Initial Deposits, Initial Deposits ($), Total Deposits, Total Deposits ($), Turnover, Net Gaming and your Income. You can also analyse any campaigns you may have created via our Campaign IDs page.
Q. How much commission will I earn?
A. This will vary depending on what you are promoting (casino or poker). For more details on our commission please click here.
Q. Can I lose commission advertising your brands?
A. The Casinos can lose money against a winning player, but this tends to be only in the short term with a low chance of happening. Over the long term the house (and you) end up profiting. However if there is any house loss, we assume all liability for commission generated in the negative and will not ask you to pay back the difference. Any loss on a month will not be carried over.
Q. What is Net Gaming?
A. Net Gaming is the sum of: (Contributed Rake + Tournament Fees + Side Games) - (Bonuses + Chargebacks)
Payments Questions
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. PartnerNordica.com will send your payments for all commissions earned in the preceding month to a nominated PokerNordica Player Account or Wire Transfer.
Q. Why is it not possible to be paid directly rather than via a Player Account?
A. We have adopted to pay all affiliates into a Player Account as this actually gives you the affiliate multiple options on how you wish to withdraw your commissions each month.
So instead of being restricted to just one option each month, you can swap and divide how much commission you wish to withdraw from your Player Account.
Also there is no mimumum payment amount, every month we will transfer any commission earned into your nominated Player Account.
